Our Place at the Table (OPAT) - White Student Conference

Our Place At the Table (OPAT) is a 24-hour conference for white students finding their place as leaders in a multi-ethnic community.  It is an opportunity to develop a better understanding of white culture and leadership; grow in your ability to relate, lead and partner cross-culturally; and explore what the Bible says about justice and racial reconciliation.  

When: February 17 (6pm) - February 18 (6pm). Eat dinner before arriving on Friday, Feb 17.
Where: Harrison Square Presbyterian Church (1227 Harrison Ave, Centralia, WA 98531)
Cost: $15. You can pay this by cash or check (made out to "InterVarsity"). Your payment is due at the start of the conference on Feb 17.
Registration Deadline: Registration closes at 11:59pm on Feb 13.


WHAT to bring

  • $ for lunch out on Saturday
  • Sleeping bags and mats (We will be sleeping at a church)
  • Pen/pencil
  • Bible
  • Journal
  • Toiletries (note: there aren't showers, so prepare for that!)
