God has called InterVarsity to establish and advance witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus on college and university campuses. We witness to the transformative message of the gospel, inviting every corner and every campus in all it’s diversity to know and follow Jesus.
As a Campus Ministry Intern in the Northwest, you bring your unique genius, skills, abilities, and passion to plant and build transformative small group communities fueled by prayer. You’ll receive training in character and theological formation, spiritual disciplines, prayer ministry, ethnic reconciliation and justice, cross-cultural skills, event planning, financial management, and more.
What will you be doing?
Your priority will be to advance the ministry on your campus through student discipleship, campus witness, small group planting, and leadership influence. You will have a regional intern director and other staff trainers that are committed to helping you mature as a spiritual leader.

Event Planning: plan high-quality retreat, large groups, or social events

Public Speaking: prepare, give and get feedback on talks/presentations
Financial Management: round out your financial knowledge through raising funds, tracking and reporting expenses, and managing chapter scholarships
Public Relations & Networking: engage in new relationships with students, university employees, potential donors, and pastors
Character Formation: be shaped internally through ministry challenges, spiritual disciplines, and a future community of staff
